Our services are available weekdays during the daytime or evening and include a FREE first meeting either at our office, by video call (Zoom) or telephone to discuss your requirements and our standard recommendations. Chargeable home* visit meeting(s) are also available (*within 40 miles of our Chichester Office excluding IOW, restrictions apply).

 

South Coast Legal Services Limited is headed by our Director Colin Smart, whom has been advising clients since 1994. Colin started off in Financial Services gaining qualifications as a tied and then independent financial adviser between 1994-2009. It was during this time a passion for Will and Estate Planning developed (following training with Allied Dunbar/Zurich and the Society of Will Writers).

 

Later in 2009, Colin formed South Coast Wills and studied law with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) gaining legal qualifications in Law of Wills and Succession, The Practice of Law for Elderly Client and Probate Practice. Colin continues to support the Society of Will Writers regional group.

 

April 2018 saw South Coast Wills Limited update their company name to South Coast Legal Services Limited, in order to more accurately reflect the extensive legal array of Estate Planning Solutions that can be offered to clients.
