Our recommended range of 'flexible' estate planning Wills that use Discretionary Trusts have been kept at the same affordable rates (Options C & D in our web promotional offers).

 

Client expectations of what is covered in a 'Basic' Will however is changing (and becoming more contentious). So, in order to show transparency of the various precedents/administrative clauses that can appear in the Will, Section 2 of our price list now breaks these down into simple low cost options. ​This offers a fairer approach to all clients. So, only clients whom instruct a more complex basic Will end up paying more than other clients whom's needs can be met with less precedents/administrative clauses in the Will.
