Our prices and services - January 2026

Our services have been expanded to offer a more transparent and fair pricing structure across our range of Wills, Trusts and Power of Attorney.

Our recommended range of 'flexible' estate planning Wills that use Discretionary Trusts have been kept at affordable rates (Options C & D in our promotional offers).

Client expectations of what is covered in a 'Basic' Will however is changing (and becoming more contentious). So, in order to show transparency of the various precedents/administrative clauses that can appear in the Will, Section 2 of our price list now breaks these down into simple low cost options.

This offers a fairer approach to all clients. So, only clients whom instruct a more complex basic Will end up paying more than other clients whom's needs can be met with less precedents/administrative clauses in the Will.

Due to the industry increasing rise in contentious probate and Wills our services have also been extended to reflect this. See Section 2 & 6 of our price list.

Please note our advice process for estate planning is to never recommend a 'Basic Will'. This is why we work in association with Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation to bring our clients a range of estate planning strategies (please look at options B, C & D in our promotional offers).

The once-popular Property Trust Will is still available (Option B), but since the introduction of the ‘Flexible’ Trust/Estate Planning Will (available on Option C & D), the Property Trust Will is now no longer recommended.

This is because the ‘Flexible’ Trust/Estate Planning Will offers the best of both worlds (by using Discretionary Trusts) for flexible asset protection, whilst also utilising the Nil Rate Band (NRB) and Residence Nil Rate Band (RNRB) tax allowances. Option D also benefits from the interest in possession married/civil partnership exemption.

Married/civil partner couples over the current Nil Rate Band should look at Option ‘D’, everyone else (single & non-married/civil couples) should look at Option ‘C’.

To use our services you must be over 18 and have capacity.
