Transparent & Fair Pricing for Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney

Why not take a look at our discounted package offers to see what savings are available.
Our services have been expanded to provide a more transparent and fair pricing structure across our full range of Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Due to the increasing rise in contentious probate and Wills matters across the industry, we have extended our services accordingly. Please see Sections 2 and 6 of our price list for further details.

Client expectations of what is covered in a “Basic” Will are changing and, in some cases, becoming more contentious. To ensure greater transparency around the various precedents and administrative clauses that may be included, Section 2 of our price list now breaks these down into simple, low-cost options.
This provides a fairer approach for all clients. So, only those who instruct a more complex "Basic" Will incur additional costs, paying for administrative clauses that suit their circumstances.
As part of our professional advice process, we do not recommend a “Basic Will” for estate planning purposes.

We continue to offer an affordable and flexible range of estate planning Wills incorporating Discretionary Trusts, with our recommended options remaining competitively priced (Options C & D in our promotional offers).

For further guidance, please refer to the recommendations section of this website or our Package Offers Price/Services sheet. In summary, our Estate Planning recommendations can be explained in three simple steps, ensuring you have in place the following:
-
Power of Attorney
-
The Correct Will and asset ownership
-
Document Storage & Reviews/Updates
