Our office is conveniently located in central Chichester with public car parks, train & bus services all nearby.

 

St John's House, St John's Street, Chichester PO19 1UU is shown in the above picture. Please note signs on the outside of the building may also show as Workspace and some Maps may show as Martlett House.

 

Our office from September 2026 has relocated from the 1st floor to a larger ground floor office. This offers our clients easier access (no stairs) and a larger meeting room (more suitable for relaxed family meetings if/when needed).

 

All meetings are by appointment only. Outside the building simply scroll down on the electronic keypad to South Coast Legal Services, to announce yourself and you can be buzzed in. Reception can also greet you and let us know you have arrived.

It is recommended not to arrive too early for your meeting, as this is a shared office building with only a small reception area.

​

Please bear in mind the complexities of taking your estate planning instructions mean our normal meeting time is circa 1.5 hours, so allow plenty of time.

For car parking the building is surrounded by several public car parks. The District Council Offices car park (shown in picture) is the nearest, however for longer stays/lower rates, the Cattle Market car park (to the right of this picture) just across the road is recommended.
